How we vet every site.
Every site that lists on Rankaim goes through the same rigorous vetting checks before it can accept an order. No exceptions for high-DR sites or returning publishers.
The Review Steps
Every site goes through our vetting checkpoints in order before accepting its first order.
1. Traffic Verification
We independently verify organic traffic rather than accepting a publisher-reported figure. Signs of artificial traffic inflation are grounds for immediate rejection.
2. Google Index Status Confirmation
We verify the domain is indexed and clear of Search Console manual action penalties. Sites serving cloaked content to Googlebot are permanently banned.
3. Outbound Link Profile Check
We review whether commercial placements overwhelm genuine editorial output. Sites that operate primarily as paid link farms are disqualified.
4. Editorial Quality Review
A human reviewer reads the site's recent output. Thin, generic AI, scraped, or republished content without original analysis fails immediately.
5. Footprint & Niche Consistency Check
Footprint analysis covers hosting, DNS, template, and ownership overlaps with known PBN networks, plus topical niche consistency.
What gets rejected, and why
These aren't edge cases — they are the standard failure modes our vetting review catches. Any one is an instant permanent rejection.
Private Blog Networks (PBNs) — any site showing shared-IP, template, or DNS footprints with known link networks
Sites with no real, verifiable Google search organic traffic
Thin, AI-spun, or scraped content without original analysis or real authorship
Sites accepting casino, crypto-pump, or adult-content placements without genuine vertical fit
Sites with active manual action penalties from Google Search Console
Sites with zero editorial discretion — those that will accept any anchor and any spam link
Sites with outbound link profiles dominated by commercial anchors across irrelevant niches
Vetting Questions
Everything you need to know about our quality inspection pipeline.
Do you accept publisher-reported traffic?▼
No. Organic traffic is independently verified via telemetry data before a listing is approved. The publisher's application is not treated as proof of the figure.
Can a previously rejected site reapply?▼
Yes, once the reason for rejection has been resolved. Sites rejected for PBN signals are permanently banned regardless of subsequent changes.
What happens to my order if a site is suspended?▼
If a site is suspended after you placed an order but before delivery, your payment is refunded automatically. If it's suspended during the 12-month monitoring window and the link drops as a result, the standard link-drop process applies — the publisher gets 72 hours to restore it before replacement or refund.
Stop waiting on cold outreach.
Compare vetted publishers, order at the listed price, and keep every backlink monitored for 12 months.
