Publishers set the listed price. That is the price a buyer pays — nothing is added at checkout. Rankaim deducts a flat 20% of the listed price from the publisher's side, on every order, for every publisher.

Escrow first, payout after verification
The buyer's payment is never sent straight to the publisher.

The buyer pays the listed price. The funds move into escrow — the publisher has not been paid.

Published and verified live
The publisher delivers the placement. Payment is not released until the link is confirmed live. As soon as it is, escrow is released to the publisher's balance.

Seven day withdrawal hold
Separately from escrow, released funds cannot be withdrawn until seven days after the order completes. This hold applies to the publisher's withdrawals only.

Publisher paid
Once the withdrawal hold has passed, the publisher can request a withdrawal (minimum $50), which is reviewed and paid out after the request.

Once funds are released, a publisher can request a withdrawal (minimum $50); each request is reviewed and paid out after it is made. Balances below the minimum stay in the publisher's account until they reach it. Publishers can be paid by PayPal, Wise, Payoneer or bank transfer.

Rankaim is a marketplace, not an SEO agency. We do not guarantee rankings — we guarantee that the placement is made, goes live, and stays live for twelve months or is replaced or refunded.

The buyer's payment is held in escrow, not paid to the publisher, until the placement is confirmed live. It is released to the publisher as soon as the link is verified.
Order coordination and live verification
We coordinate the order between buyer and publisher and verify that the link goes live before any money is released.
Twelve months of monitoring
Every placement is checked daily for twelve months. If a link is removed, the publisher has 72 hours to restore it — otherwise the order becomes a replacement or a refund.
Dispute review
If a buyer and publisher disagree, escrowed funds for that order are frozen while we review the order record, the message thread and our own monitoring data.

Is there any fee or surcharge added at checkout?
No. The listing price is what you pay for the placement, escrow and twelve months of monitoring. If you want Rankaim to write the article, that is an optional $25 add-on, shown before you pay; or supply your own.
Who pays Rankaim's 20% fee?
The publisher. Rankaim deducts a flat 20% of the listed price — the same rate for every order and every publisher. If a site is listed at $80, the buyer pays $80, Rankaim deducts $16, and the publisher receives $64. The publisher sees this split before listing and on every order.
How does escrow protect my payment?
When an order is placed, your funds move into escrow. They are not released to the publisher until the link is confirmed live. If the placement never goes live, you are refunded — see the Refund Policy for the full list of when we refund and when we don't.
What happens if a publisher removes a link after six months?
Every placement is checked daily for twelve months. If a link is removed, changed to nofollow, or the page stops resolving, the publisher is notified and has 72 hours to restore it. If it is not restored, the order is resolved as a replacement placement on a comparable site at no additional cost, or a refund to your Rankaim balance.
Where do refunds go?
Refunds go to your Rankaim balance by default, where they can be used for further orders. Where a refund to the original payment method is requested, we will process it where the payment method allows. Timing then depends on the payment provider.
Is there a monthly fee?
No. You pay the listed price for each order you place. There is no recurring charge from Rankaim.
