Rankaim provides digital marketing, SEO, web development, and brand identity services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are outlined in individual project agreements or proposals.

2. Use of Website

• You must not use this website for any unlawful purpose
• You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site
• You must not transmit spam, malware, or harmful content
• Content on this site is owned by Rankaim and protected by copyright law

3. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, code, and materials on this website are the intellectual property of Rankaim unless otherwise stated. Work product created for clients transfers upon full payment as specified in the project agreement.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate project requirements and timely feedback
• Ensure you have rights to all content provided to us
• Pay invoices within agreed timeframes

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified per project. Late payments may incur a fee of 1.5% per month. We reserve the right to pause work on overdue accounts.

6. Limitation of Liability

Rankaim's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. No Guarantee of Rankings

SEO results depend on many factors outside our control (search engine algorithm changes, competition, etc.). We do not guarantee specific search rankings, though we commit to best-practice, ethical SEO.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement and not to disclose it to third parties without consent.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with 14 days written notice. Client is responsible for fees for work completed up to the termination date.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. For UK clients, UK consumer protection laws apply where relevant.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
